I’m sorry I’ve been a slackagawea. No excuses.
Its a tough life sometimes, tougher sometimes than it should be, but I feel like a lot of my hindrances are self inflicted. I haven’t done a miracle morning in weeks, I have been struggling to get myself to exercise, even for 10 minutes (but no prob dropping in a few hours of Borderlands or Pokemon Sword), eating has been poor, and the list goes on. I’m trying like heck to mentally overcome all of this, and get back on track- but some days it’s easier said than done. I saw somewhere that a GURU said that one should be posting close to 50 times a day., and it’s November 25, 2019- at this point in the year I’m lucky to have 50 posts in general across all platforms. I obviously have to change that. If I do nothing, nothing will change.
I am going to attempt to keep it simple. Lucky for you (if you are reading this), Dustin’s Life will be where I post mainly. This week I will be posting 7 goals that I will achieve each day-
- 3 bottles of water minimum. I have been TERRIBLE with my water intake.
- Read for 15 minutes
- Exercise for 15 minutes
- 1 healthy meal
- 10 social media posts
- meditate
- Read my affirmations in the morning and evening.
These sound so simplistic. But I am doing them to allow myself to build from these. These are my Base 7. Wish me luck!
