So, I’m going to be dead honest here. I haven’t saw a book to completion, from first page to last, since college. Even then, I wasn’t the best at it. Maybe a kids book with D avid, like “Go the F**K to sleep” of course I did, but you know what I mean!
I’m working very much on bettering myself, one congruency I’ve found with successful people/people working on themselves is reading. Another is the early riser, which I am by no means one, at least I wasn’t.
Throughout my day, I always feel like there is a certain “hustle and bustle” and rushing feeling that overwhelms me. I feel like I am losing hours in the day by sleeping until 830-9 a.m. each day. So I picked up the “Miracle Morning” by Hal Elrod. Baby steps to remarkable here, I FINISHED IT! Here is my review:

Total time: 5 hours-ish
Difficulty to read: Zero, Hal made this a very easy, smooth read while being extremely rich in content.
Method of reading: Kindle for me, book is available in standard book setting as well.
Takeaways: So much, I’ve made some immediate changes in my life, most of which I will be posting on here. I am an extreme advocate of this book. If I ever do a mentorship for others, I will encourage them to start here with this book. I’ve mentally unlocked so much in my mind in the two weeks since. I’m happier, more energized, and actually am starting to love working on things before 7 a.m.!
Before I close, the one critique that I must point out, just because the word “MORNING” is in the title, does not mean that the takeaways from the book are specific to the Morning. There are still some days that I get home from cleaning out an attic, sleep for what feels like 5 months, and wake up at 7:30-8 a.m. the next day, run late, and do my morning routine in the afternoon. I feel like as long as you are dedicating the time required to yourself consistently, you will feel the change. This book provides more structure for this than I have ever experienced, yet.
